In case of any returns or exchange please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return, or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return / exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds.
what we can do and are happy to do is to provide you with an Exchange or Store Credit.

1.  we shall provide you with a unique code ( equal to the order value ) once we receive the product and it passes through our quality check.. 

2. We shall only provide the value paid for the product returned and not any shipping if applicable. This process can take 2 -4 working days upon receiving your order back at our studio.

3. You can redeem this coupon on your next purchase.

Shipping Policy

 

We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible in the best condition.

 

All Prepaid Orders include FREE standard shipping within India.

For COD Orders there is a Standard Shipping Charge of INR 60

 

All our orders are shipped within 2 days of your purchase date. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 -8 business days.

Shipping times may vary according to your location.

 
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking details from which you will be able to follow the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
